It all started ABOUT 12 YEARS AGO BY MY WIFE…
This current running group has been going non stop for about 15 meeting every Friday morning nat 6am on the Anderson Street hill of the Tan.
Over the years we’ve built a wonderfully supportive and inclusive community of runners of all levels and ability. No matter what your level of experience or speed you are, you will aways improve with our sessions. One thing is for sure, you’ll get a solid running workout that includes a combination of hills, stairs and /or track. It’s a high intensity Interval session designed to build better running form, and strength into your running, the result will create more speed & efficiency.
As a running coach there is always a strong focus on good form & technique!
So, if you want to get stronger, faster and run better, you better come along.
But be warned, you will enjoy it, and there’s a good chance you’ll end up running a marathon at some point, most do!
We Meet;
Every Friday at 6am on Anderson Street, at gate B ( first driveway, opp Clowes Street).
Cost $15 casually, or INCLUDED with annual membership or FULL SUPPORT MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM.
